Defective or Damaged Products: We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a mobile back cover that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Customized Products: Please note that our mobile back covers are made to order and customized to your specifications. Due to their personalized nature, we can only accept returns and issue refunds for customized products that are defective or damaged.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return request, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team at zmzubs@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the defective or damaged product.
• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
• Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Process

• If a refund is approved, we will process it within 4 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

• We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products. However, for customized products, if the return is not due to a defect or damage, you may be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Cancellation of Orders

• You may cancel your order for customized mobile back covers within 2 to 5 hours of placing it. After this time frame, we begin the production process, and cancellations may not be possible.
